Southview Acres Healthcare Center, a 231-bed skilled rehab center in West St. Paul, MN is recruiting for a Day-shift RN Clinical Manager candidate to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional supervisory nursing practice in the care of the customers and residents.
• Perform professional supervisory nursing practice in the care of the physically and mentally ill.
• Supervising the provision of quality nursing care given at the facility
• maintaining the quality and adequacy of nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure
• Supervisory experience in a team leader role
• Work experience as a professional nurse, preferably in a like work environment
• CPR Certification
